Born and raised in Southern California. After some years as a touring musician, Eric spent a decade in the Bay Area of California working in hospitality. He has helped open many different restaurants & bar programs, including the wildly successful Hero Ranch Kitchen & Flowers.

He got his start as a host at The Table, a neighborhood restaurant that helped spearhead the local farm-to-table movement. As a last hurrah before moving, he helped open Dr. Funk, a proper Tiki bar in San Jose.

His passions outside of the beverage world include cooking for his family, cinema & music
