Elaina’s passion for cooking started at a young age while watching her great-grandmother, grand mother and great aunts cook traditional Southern dishes in the kitchen. As she grew older, her love for food expanded and she knew she wanted to pursue a career in the culinary industry. She attended culinary school in Charleston, South Carolina and was immediately drawn to the Lowcountry’s unique cuisine and culture.

After completing her studies, Elaina gained experience working in various restaurants across town, mastering classic French fine dining, Italian cuisine, and Relais and Chateaus. However, she felt that her true calling was in private dining.

She started offering in-home culinary classes and meal prepping services, allowing her to showcase her talents and creativity in a more intimate setting. Her clients were impressed with her attention to detail and her ability to create personalized menus that catered to their dietary needs and preferences.

After 11 years of working in the Lowcountry, Elaina decided to move back to the Upstate to continue her career in private dining. She has since cooked for several NFL and NBA players, as well as working piatti at Indaco Greenville. Elaina’s love for cooking and her dedication to her craft continue to inspire her to create delicious and memorable dining experiences for her clients.
