Drew Hedlund, currently the Director of Culinary Operations for Rockit Hospitality.  Drew Hedlund, a former graduate of Johnson & Wales, is an experienced LowCountry chef having spent his early career in kitchens such as Slightly North of Broad, Duvall Catering, 101 Pitt in the Old Village, and the Huyler House at Dewees Island.

Hedlund joined Fleet Landing in August 2005, where he quickly took the position of executive chef.  Over the last 16 years he has spent as executive chef with Fleet Landing, Drew Hedlund has built a strong and tenured back of the house staff, established and grown business relationships with local vendors.

In 2011, Drew Hedlund was the recipient of the Prestigious Sustainable Partner of the Year, given by the SC Aquarium.  His commitment to sustainable seafood led him to join Chef's Collaborative, where in 2013, he helped plan and organize multiple events during the annual gala in Charleston.

In October 2013, Chef Drew Hedlund along with Chef Brandon Buck of Middleton Place, won the 2013 Taste of Charleston Iron Chef Competition.

Drew Hedlund has also been a participant and Chef Chair of the BB&T Wine and Food Festival since its inception.
