Chef Devon has always loved the culinary arts, a talent he inherited from his father who was a chef as well and has already succeeded in the restaurant business. Chef Devon quickly decided that he had to pursue what he was naturally gifted at and so he pursued a career in Culinary Education. He knew the work would be hard, but he felt he couldn’t lose.

Chef Devon has worked at many fine restaurants in the Caribbean and overseas. In recent years, he was awarded the Charleston Jerk Fest Champion three years in a row.

Always excited about the goodness of food, both in nutrients and taste, Chef Devon spend most of his time cooking from his own authentic Caribbean cuisine menu.
