Devin found his love of food at an early age. Growing up as the youngest in an Italian family he spent most of his holidays in the kitchen with his grandmother sparking a love for food. He began his training at Culinary Institute of Virginia and started working in local restaurants in the area. Once he graduated he moved to Hilton Head Island to take a sous chef position where he fell in love with the low country. He then moved to Charleston where he sharpened his skills working downtown at establishments such as Fig, Cypress, and Peninsula Grill until finding his home in Kiawah Island Golf resort.
