Originally from Houston, Texas, Davey Jones started his bartending career thirteen years ago at Block 7 Wine Company. Since then, his nomadic spirit and “bit of wanderlust” have taken him all over the country, living and bartending at various places in Houston and Nashville before moving to Philadelphia and working at The Franklin Mortgage & Investment Company, Philly’s first cocktail lounge. He has spent the past three years in Charleston, working at Prohibition, Felix, and Le Farfalle and as a whiskey sales representative for Virgil Kane. He began bartending at Millers All Day almost a year ago. Although his favorite spirits to work with are rum and gin, Jones has no signature drink. He likes creating all types of cocktails because of their ability to make someone’s day better. In his own words, “I really just enjoy making people happy”.
