Cory Bahr

Chef Cory Bahr owns and operates Parish Restaurant & Bar and Heritage Catering & Events in Monroe, Louisiana. A natural outdoorsman, Cory graduated from the "school of Grandmother's Kitchen" learning to cook, can, and preserve the best the Delta has to offer. Defining Delta cuisine, CoryBahr has been recognized as Food & Wine Magazine's "People's Best New Chef" in America (2014 and 2015). In 2015, Cory was touted Taste of the South Magazine's "Taste 50."
