Years of Participation
Colin, a Springfield, Illinois native, has been at Kiawah Island Golf Resort since the beginning of 2021, where he began his journey as Sous Chef at Players' Pub. After Graduating from Johnson and Whales, Colin worked for some prestigious restaurants in Charlotte, North Caroline. He then joined the crew of award wining Bardo Restaurant as Chef De Partie, and later promoted to Sous Chef. After a year in Charlotte, Colin moved back to Charleston, where he worked at Florence's Lowcountry Kitchen and then called up to be Sous Chef at Players Pub. In just a short period of time, Chef Colin has become an integral part of Kiawah's culinary team.
