Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Chef Cody Ross found his love of cooking after his eight-year service in the Army. His studies at the International Culinary Center in New York City paved the way for tenures at Andiamo (Detroit), Commander's Palace (New Orleans), and Terra (Columbia). After his studies of Italian, New American, and Creole cuisine, Chef Cody's passion lies in the ideals of farm-to-table cuisine of trusting where your ingredients come from. He decided as his next step in his culinary journey to focus his sights on French cuisine. His current position is Executive Chef of Hampton Street Vineyard in Columbia, South Carolina.
