Christian Favier

Christian Favier is obsessive about drinks. Cutting his teeth in restaurants around New York City, his passion for progressive drinking and high quality spirits became his life. Running bar programs from modern Lebanese to classic Italian aperitif to minimalist Scandinavian, he is always looking to push how people drink, and how he can better take care of and teach the people sitting across the bar. With an overwhelming love of rum, Christian is now working with Charleston’s The Ordinary, working to create a modern island bar, growing the historic port cities love of rum, with hopes of shining a light on the worlds most misunderstood spirit.
