Chris Leimena, a native of Portland, Oregon, has always had a love for food and hospitality. After graduating from culinary school he honed his skills as a chef at some of Portland's top restaurants including Higgins, Trifecta, and Langbaan. Transitioning into the dining room, Chris brought his expertise to Ava Gene’s, Canard, and Le Pigeon in service and management capacities. His deep appreciation for food and wine naturally evolved into a love for cider, and he has been enthusiastically sharing his knowledge and passion for all things apple with Bauman’s ever since!
