Chef Enjolik “Jolie” Oree-Bailey is the visionary behind Low Country Quisine, the largest African-American-owned full-service catering company in Dallas-Fort Worth. A dynamic entrepreneur with a background in corporate America, she took a leap of faith in 2007 to pursue her passion for food, transforming it into a thriving million-dollar business.

Building Low Country Quisine wasn’t easy—Jolie faced challenges, setbacks, and moments of doubt. But through determination, bold flavors, and a commitment to excellence, she created a brand known for unforgettable dining experiences. Her signature seasoning, A Dab A Do Ya!, and innovative recipes have solidified her reputation as a culinary powerhouse.

Before stepping into the food industry, Jolie had a brief encounter with Hollywood. In 1991, she was cast in Fried Green Tomatoes, where director Jon Avnet praised her acting talent. Despite the encouragement to pursue entertainment, she followed her heart and built her legacy in the kitchen.

Now a chef, entrepreneur, and cookbook author, Jolie shares her expertise through e-cookbooks, interactive YouTube content, and morning news show segments. Whether catering lavish events, crafting healthier versions of classic dishes, or showcasing her skills at the Charleston Wine and Food Festival, her mission remains the same: to inspire, uplift, and serve unforgettable flavors.

Jolie’s journey is a testament to perseverance, faith, and passion—proof that taking risks can lead to extraordinary success.
