An honors graduate from the prestigious Culinary Institute of Charleston, Chef Carlisse honed her skills under the legendary Chef William Scott Stacks Sr., the masterful Pastry Chef Bernd Gronert, and her beloved mother, the late Dr. Prestyne Dawson. No wonder she’s set the dessert world abuzz with her award-winning creations!
