Girl Nextdough is a small batch baking food truck created by pastry chef Caitlin Schumacher. Girl Nextdough specializes in sourdough bagels, breakfast sandwiches and sweets on James Island, SC. Caitlin was formerly the executive pastry chef of FIG in Charleston before opening her food truck during the fall of 2021.
