Husband and wife team, Sarah and Justin Brigham, opened the doors of Sycamore Brewing’s taproom on November 1, 2014. Their vision was to use top-notch ingredients to make great beers that would bring people together. Since 2014, as production volume soared, Sycamore has become the largest Charlotte-born brewery as well as a top three craft brewery in North Carolina. At our current trajectory, we expect to be the largest independent brewery in the Carolinas by the end of 2023.
