Alison Cates

Alison, a Southwest native, moved to Chicago in order to pursue a career in pastry. Since then she has spent time in many of Chicago's best restaurants before earning the Jean Banchet Rising Pastry award 2017 for her work at Honey's. She then went on to be the opening pastry chef for Jason Hammel's second restaurant, Marisol, in the Museum of Contemporary Art. She is currently the pastry chef for the Butcher and Bee restaurant group.
