Alexis Ramirez was introduced to the NYC hospitality industry by joining Blackwood Hospitality in 2015, where he developed skills in bar design, training, and cocktail culture.
He then helped establish the House of Six Hospitality Group based out of NJ.

His training grew further from his mentors at Macao Trading Co. and Employees Only. Alexis moved up the ladder quickly to become a valued part of the family and earned his principal bartender jacket. He learned how to build a team and elevate them to be the best versions of themselves; to be rockstars.

Alexis later joined Fortaleza Tequila where he fell in love with the artisanal way of making tequila.
He is now the National On Premise Manager for PKGD Group where he represents some of the most respected premium spirits. He creates cocktail ideas and manages large events and activations nation wide.
