Chefs Alex Moscoso and Bryson Webb both began their culinary careers in Charleston, SC. After working in several well known local establishments and learning a diverse array of cuisines from around the world they decided to combine their knowledge and open a food truck. The Motley Chew was started with the idea to combine classic American cuisine with dishes and ingredients from a variety of countries and cultures. Drawing inspiration from both local and international street foods they create dishes that are familiar yet unorthodox with the aim to combine new flavors and unique ingredients with easily approachable American fare.
