Her culinary journey began with formal training in hospitality management at Appalachian State University, followed by honing her culinary skills at Central Piedmont Community College. Prior to her role as the executive chef at Estadio, she contributed her talents to the acclaimed restaurant, The Ordinary.
Eaton's culinary approach is a blend of Southern charm and Spanish flavors. She's dedicated to using locally-sourced ingredients to craft dishes inspired by the traditions of Spain. At Estadio, she captivates diners with her farm-to-table creations, offering a dining experience that beautifully bridges the gap between the American South and the Iberian Peninsula.
