In partnership with S. Pellegrino, we are excited to collaborate with you in bringing to life the Not-So-Signature Dinner, modeled after one of Charleston Wine + Food’s most sought-after dining experiences.
Taking place in some of Charleston’s most celebrated dining rooms, the traditional Signature Dinner pairs a local chef + restaurant with a nationally acclaimed out of town chef for a one-night-only multi-course dining experience. While this dinner may be not-so-signature, we are excited to see you collaborate on a multi-course menu takeover that blends your cooking styles and provides that memorable Signature Dinner experience for the guest.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our mission is to produce experiences that educate, celebrate, and promote the Lowcountry’s diverse culinary + hospitality community. In line with our higher purpose, this coast-to-coast dining experience will shine a light on the culinary communities of Charleston and San Francisco, while highlighting both chef’s unique flavors, cooking styles, and stories rooted in a sense of place.
The form below will gather all components required for Charleston Wine + Food to promote the event beginning in early July. A separate menu form will follow.
