It’s island time all the time at Folly Beach hideaway Wiki Wiki Sandbar. Executive Chef Jason Dupree will be preparing a relaxed menu inspired by the flavors of Hawaii, but with a southern flair. In between bites of slow-cooked goodness, you will sip on a variety of classic tiki cocktails prepared by Roderick Groeztinger + Robin Wynne, Beverage Director of Miss Thing’s Hawaiian Restaurant and founder of Toronto’s Rum Royale festival, that serve as the perfect complement to this tropical feast.
