The Grocery Signature Dinner
At The Grocery there is a philosophy of respect for ingredients and their origins that takes the classic farmers market culture of the South to new, delicious heights. Chefs Evan Van Horn and Kevin Johnson will be joined by Aaron Bludorn, chef owner of Houston restaurants Bludorn and Navy Blue, to collaborate on a menu made to harmonize and surprise. The evening will be rooted in the commitment to regional ingredients executed in innovative ways. This dinner promises fresh takes on classic dishes paired with beautiful wines that go way, way beyond anything you find in a regular grocery!
Know Before You Go
- ALL BAGS MUST BE CLEAR except for small personal clutches (no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″)
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable between events
- This event is all-inclusive: food, beverage, and gratuity is included in the ticket price
- Adventurous eaters welcome! Be prepared to be surprised + delighted
- Seats may be a combination of bar/counter seats, booths, and tables and you may be seated with other parties depending on restaurant layout
- Attire: wear what makes you feel most comfortable
- All guests must be 21+ (no infants, children, or pets)
