Crispy, flaky, savory, and with the slightest bit of chewy crunch, scallion pancakes are addictively delicious. Step into the kitchen with Kelly and Tony Chu of Red Orchids China Bistro to learn how to make these Chinese staples in your own home. (Hint: it’s ridiculously easy!) Learn the classic techniques + flavors of these oldies but goodies along with some ways you can get creative with the recipe. You’ll be polishing off a pan of these savory stacks in minutes.
