Over the past decade, Puerto Rico’s cocktail scene has exploded, and for good reason. Apart from being the inventors of the piña colada, our Caribbean cousins are leading the way in Caribe-inspired modern classics. To celebrate the sizzle of the Charleston summer and bring a little of the heat from San Juan to the Lowcountry, we are partnering with Bacardi to bring in the bar team from Machete. ¡Ay Bendito! Come for the drinks, stay for the vibes—this is a party that brings the spirit of La Isla del Encanto straight to Charleston.
