Salaam Namaste @ Ma'am Saab

Ma'am Saab

Food knows no borders, and the cross pollination of global cuisines results in some of life’s greatest delights. Such is the case with Pakistani-Indian cuisine, born before the division of the two countries. The results are sublime, bringing together food, culture, and art from both sides of the border. Join Chefs Maryam Ghaznavi of Malika Pakistani Chai Canteen and Ma’am Saab, and Meherwan Irani of Chai Pani for a celebration rich in heritage. Experience an evening featuring food, music, and art that tells the story of the intricate subcultures within the Indo-Pak subcontinent.
