Sake: The Other White Wine
Who wouldn’t want to take a sake tour with a guy named Austin Power? This South Carolina native – now a figurehead in New York’s sake circle – has brewed up a flight tasting of these notable wine alternatives that pair well with all sorts of cuisine. You’ll learn about the brewing (vs. fermenting) of these wines and a bit about traditions, too. Yeah, baby!
