We’re introducing you to Champagne’s quirky, cool sister in this Beverage Workshop. Pét Nat is made by using an ancient method of making wine. By taking still-fermenting wine and bottling it (usually by hand), it completes the fermentation process in the bottle. What results? An easy-to-drink wine that is delicious, fizzy, and absolutely the bubbly you want to party with.
