This is the ultra-luxe dinner collaboration of the 2024 festival, featuring Steven Devereaux Greene, Executive Chef of Herons, and The Ocean Room at Kiawah’s Chef de Cuisine, Steven Brooks. These helmsmen of two Forbes Five-Star restaurants will combine their skills in the kitchen, as guests enjoy wines pulled from the Sanctuary’s exclusive Wine Library – a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for most. The night will end with delicacies from Jordan Snider, The Ocean Room’s Executive Pastry Chef and member of the USA Pastry Team.
Want to make a full stay-cation out of this epic experience?
