Join High Wire Distilling Co. founders and co-owners, Ann Marshall + Scott Blackwell, as we make a visit to the farm where their Jimmy Red Corn grows just outside of Charleston for an immersive + educational experience. Guests will learn about the importance of the heirloom grain that is Jimmy Red Corn and how High Wire Distilling Co. worked with a team of researchers and farmers to rebuild a secure seed supply for one of the most flavorful whiskey corn you’ve ever tasted, while visiting the farm that grows one of The South’s most popular spirits. Complete with a family style picnic from Marvin Ross and the team behind Peculiar Pig Eats, a beverage tasting, and delectable cocktails, this is one summer excursion that you won’t want to miss.
