The Glory of Grains Signature Dinner

Millers All Day

Please note that Miller’s All Day has two locations: this event takes place at the Downtown location, located at:

120 King St
Charleston, SC 29401

Millers All Day welcomes you into their dining room for a memorable evening to celebrate and showcase the heirloom grains by Marsh Hen Mill. Chefs spanning the Southeast and beyond will lend their unique styles, stories, and flavors to pay homage to the grains. You will be greeted with a welcome cocktail to sip on while you watch a historic mill demonstration led by Greg Johnsman, owner and founder of Marsh Hen Mill and Millers All Day, that will show the milling process. This will be followed by a 5-course dinner featuring Chefs Jeff Allen, Carolina Dominguez Lopez, Dominick Lee, Hunter Evans, and more. Each chef will prepare a course rooted in their individual cooking styles using their favorite heirloom grain from Marsh Hen Mill.
