Chef Vinson Petrillo and the impeccably hospitable team at Costa are opening their doors for a coastal Italian-inspired lunch rooted in seasonal ingredients and regional traditions. Guests will gather around Costa’s open kitchen for an intimate, family-style experience featuring a menu that celebrates the vibrant flavors and relaxed elegance of Italy’s seaside towns. Intentionally paired with delicious wines, courses will be served in waves to encourage connection and conversation. Buon appetito!
