Certified Cognac Educator Kellie Thorne of Empire State South in Atlanta is about to let you in on a big secret: oysters and cognac go together like Astaire and Rogers. That briny, plump bivalve finds its perfect mate in the French brandy. But as in all things culinaire, not all oysters – nor all cognacs – are alike. And that’s where the fun of these pairings begins! We’ll feature special pours and oysters from various purveyors to take you on the best blind date ever.
