Cast Away

Shuttle Pick-Up @ CHSWF Excursion Hub

There’s no shortage of fresh seafood in the Lowcountry. But what’s more fresh than what you catch yourself? Go crabbing with Tia Clark – a Charleston native who’s been doing it for years – and learn why this might be the favorite hunter/gatherer activity in the region! Learn the ins + outs of Lowcountry crabbing from how to catch one, measure one, clean + eat one – or, well, a few dozen! Gather around outside and enjoy your bounty with a meal prepared by Carrie Morey of Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit. We’re channeling a casual, backyard crab boil vibe for this interactive and highly satisfying outing featuring plenty of crab + seafood. Are you ready to cast a net?
