Join one of Charleston’s most beloved culinary leaders, Chef Michelle Weaver, in the Charleston Wine + Food Test Kitchen for a celebration of Charleston’s bounty of summer produce in an educational and delicious hands-on cooking class. You’ll learn what is in season, how to pick the ripest and juiciest of the bunch, and more about Chef Michelle’s distinctive approach to food and how to apply it in your home kitchens this summer.
After all that work, you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor with a glass of wine to go along with it. Tie your aprons, and let’s get cooking!
