Overview of the CHSWF Cocktail Competition:

Each round will have a unique structure focusing on one theme in the mixologist canon. Participants will be given a basic structure for each round and have to think on their feet to create a cocktail in a short time frame. Bartenders will have other modifiers provided from Diageo and a mixed assortment of pantry items with the goal of Highlighting and elevating the main spirit.

2 Rounds: Composure + Creativity

Round 1: Wednesday, March 6 at 12:00pm (downtown Charleston location to be announced privately)

Final Round: Sunday, March 10 at 2:45pm at the Culinary Village Main Stage
