Food product list(Required) Please provide the ingredients you will need to execute the dish(es) you will be demoing with exact amounts and any brand/purveyor preferences. Our team will scale the amounts for the guests. Please include any special instructions for your ingredients. Food items will be ordered by Chef Michael Carmel of the Culinary Institute of Charleston.
