Food product list(Required) Please type the list of ingredients you would like for CHSWF to procure for you including the quantity. Please include any special instructions for your ingredients. Food items will be ordered by our head of Culinary Logistics, Gena Berry, based on this form and will be at your assigned prep kitchen under your name. Serviceware(Required) Charleston Wine + Food will provide all rentals, serving vessels, utensils, napkins, prep and dining tables. The Event Producer and Culinary Logistics Team will work together to procure the serviceware best suited for your menu based on what you are serving. Please provide any notes you would like for us to keep in mind as we secure the rentals for your event.
Equipment needs at prep kitchen(Required) If you are going to be prepping in one of our prep kitchens, please provide any specialty equipment needed (i.e. mixer, food processor, blender, etc.). Charleston Wine + Food provides a fully stocked prep kitchen for chefs. PLEASE NOTE: If you are prepping in a prep kitchen, you’ll be assigned to an off-site prep kitchen.
Equipment needs onsite at event(Required) Please let us know what equipment you will need onsite at your event to successfully execute your menu. You may request equipment needed onsite including burners, pots, pans, table top griddle, chafing dish, cutting board, mixing bowls, serving bowls and platters.
