Available Opportunities

The Pavilion @ Culinary Village

We are thrilled to be back in 2022 and we can’t wait to welcome locals + visitors alike to join us in celebrating our phenomenal culinary + hospitality community. New to the festival in ‘22 is The Pavilion @ Culinary Village – a space that will highlight + promote local and regional food trucks/trailers who will be able to sell their delicious dishes to attendees. This new space within the Culinary Village will be free to attend, so more people can get a taste (literally!) of Charleston Wine + Food. The space will feature a fun + comfortable atmosphere, delicious food and delectable drinks which is sure to be a fan-favorite.

We anticipate approximately 4,500 attendees per day to the area to access The Lawn, and while this is our first year doing The Pavilion portion, expect several hundred attendees to stop for a bite at the food trucks per day. We will be programming 10-15 food trucks per day and will be prioritizing local + regional businesses for this opportunity.

Requirements

There are no fees associated with participating as a food truck vendor in The Pavilion @ Culinary Village.

Food trucks programmed in this space will be able to sell their products to guests directly through their own POS system. CHSWF does require that all POS systems be contactless to adhere to COVID-19 protocol. Food trucks programmed in The Pavilion @ Culinary Village must service guests during all hours of operation.

Hours of food truck operation:

Friday, March 4 from 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Saturday, March 5 from 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Sunday, March 6 from 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM

NightCap

NightCap is an evening concert series that will take place within the Culinary Village on Friday and Saturday nights of the festival weekend. NightCap is open to ticketed guests as well as select CHSWF badge holders. We anticipate approximately 5,000 attendees per night. We will program 15-20 food trucks per night and will prioritize local + regional businesses for this opportunity.
