The Business of Food (3-5 PM) $70

Taking place at Sottile Theater this year is a panel of your favorite industry leaders– and they’re ready to tell you their secrets!  Allstars like Danny Meyer, Steve Palmer, Nancy Silverton, Darcy Shankland, and Ruth Reichl are just a few you can expect to see chatting away.  Talk about a real happy hour!  Delicious, traditional fare provided by Mex 1 Coastal Cantina on Sullivan’s Island!

Dynamic Drinking: Making Sinskey Of It All (5:00-6:15 PM) $95

Robert Sinskey from Winderlea Vineyard and Chateau Pesquie and John Ragan, certified Master Sommelier and the Senior Director of Operations of Union Square Hospitality Group are here to take you on a journey of healthy, economically friendly, and sustainable wine-making.  Unlike any winery before them, their biodynamic processes are changing the way we think about wine, and will have your taste buds going wild!  Enjoy the view while on the water at the Historic Charleston Foundation and get ready to have your mind blown.

Prohibition Cocktail Dinner (7:00-9:30 PM) $175

Step back in time at Prohibition with their own Chef Greg Garrison for a lovely dinner party featuring Virgin Kaine cocktails and guest chefs Jeffrey Stoneberger of 2Nixons, Bryce Shuman of the Betony, and Brad Kilgore of Alter.  This evening will highlight these chefs’ unique views on local, Lowcountry ingredients and showcase their wide range of experience from around the world– you don’t wanna miss it.

Fowl Mouth (7:30-10:00 PM) $95

Use Cooper River Brewing’s space as your personal arena for all things #partyfowl tonight.  Quail, turkey, pheasant, chicken…OH MY!  Get ready for smoke and shenanigans celebrating the great brew heron and all things feathered!

Commodores + Admirals (10:00 PM – 12:00 AM) $70
