Travis Croxton is co-owner of Rappahannock Oyster Company and multiple restaurants ranging from Washington DC, Virginia to Los Angeles. Croxton’s accomplishments have garnered him recognition as an innovator in the culinary world; He was a recipient of the 2005 Tastemaker’s Award from Food & Wine magazine and in 2013 was recognized by Zagat as one of the “24 Restaurant-World Power Players Around the U.S.”  In 2014, Esquire named his Rappahannock as one of 12 Best New Restaurants in the country. Most recently, Travis was appointed to Governor Terry McAuliffe’s Commonwealth Council On Bridging The Nutritional Divide and the Virginia Agricultural Council.
