Shuai Wang is the chef and owner of Jackrabbit Filly & KING BBQ restaurants in Charleston, South Carolina. Born in Beijing, China, Shuai honed his cooking skills in the kitchens of NYC. Since moving to Charleston he has won Eater Young Gun 2016, Charleston Zagat 30 under 30, Bon Appetit's Top 50 Best New Restaurants in America 2016, and Eater Best New Chef Charleston 2016. He was most recently nominated as a semifinalist for Rising Star Chef 2017 by the James Beard Foundation.
