Sean Park is Chef Owner of Kanpai, in Mt. Pleasant, SC. His artisan sushi is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate.  His innovative offerings are composed of expertly sourced, fresh ingredients which are elegantly designed and presented. Chef Park hit the national radar roughly a decade ago as chef at O-Ku in Charleston, one of Esquire’s top 20 best new restaurants of 2010.  Park moved on to Bambu in Mt. Pleasant before purchasing Kanpai several years later. Chef Park continues to refresh his presentations of Japanese and Korean classics including sushi, sashimi, ramen, hibachi and buns.
