With 12 years in the restaurant business, Lacey Burke has experience working as a sommelier at some of New York’s most interesting and prestigious restaurants, including Gotham Bar and Grill, Eataly, and Del Posto. She is a certified sommelier through the American Sommelier Association’s  intensive Viticulture and Vinification course. For the past five years, she has served as a panelist for Wine and Spirits Magazine. Lacey is also a 3-time panelist for  Eric Asimov’s New York Times column, “Wine of the Times” and has taught several introductory classes at Appellation Wine Store. Lacey is a passionate Champagne advocate and spends a majority of her time conducting private wine classes and tastings and acting as a private sommelier and consultant.
