Executive Chef Kerri Roach has been the executive chef at Nashville’s Hutton Hotel and 1808 Grille restaurant since October 2016. Prior to joining the award winning team at 1808 Grille, Chef Roach served as the executive chef at BOKA Restaurant + Bar at the Hotel 1000 in Seattle for more than seven years. She has also previously served as sous chef at Enotria and Flying Fish restaurants, both in Seattle.

Chef Roach earned her culinary degree from the Colorado Mountain College Culinary Institute, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from James Madison University. Chef Roach was born and raised in Crozet, Virginia.
