Upon graduating from the College of Charleston in 2007, Brandon dove headfirst into the food and beverage industry — bartending, serving, managing, and eventually studying at Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas. After bouncing around for a bit, Brandon took a job at The Grocery in Charleston, South Carolina, in 2012. It was here that his passion for food was renewed, and he found the inspiration to make his own vision come true. Combining his kitchen creativity with his passion for supporting local farms and purveyors, he decided to recreate the nostalgic treat from everyone’s childhood with the best ingredients while having some fun with the flavors.
