Steven Lusby
Events
Steven is a 4th generation of culinary excellence and has been with 82 Queen since 2006 as its sous chef. In September of 2010, he was promoted to the position of executive chef. Steven is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University (2004) and also has a degree in General Business-Small Business Entrepreneurship (2004-2008). He has also worked at several other local restaurants prior to coming to 82 Queen.
Steven’s cooking philosophy leans towards creations that are simple yet well prepared, and he prefers to use local ingredients. In addition, Steven strongly supports the “farm-to-table” philosophy in his personal and professional cooking.
Steven loves to interact with those who enjoy food and appreciate dishes that are reminiscent of home cooking while incorporating local, seasonal ingredients.
