Because his mother Francoise and his father Jean-Lin found in the United States the man who’s name Benjamin FRANKLIN allowed them to settle a Christian name on Franck-Lin, the boy red hair as an Irish deserved perfectly well to be called like that. The early youth of Franck-Lin was already to confirm it by his way of living and his breedings. At three, he was able to reach the table vines alone to pick up the ripe berries, leaving the green one and sometimes has gone past the limit of his young stomach! Some years later, he was often walking in the vineyards often alone, all the day long and snack in the bag. Far away from the house, with the music of the wind in the shoot, he was happy.

And at any time his father took the car to supervise the works in the vineyard he was ready to go with. Latter, as a teenage, walking in the fields and vineyards was not enough, and often he asked to work in the garden or in the orchards. The start of the new school year was also the time of the wine harvest, and as soon as the car back from school entered the chateau of Campuget, he asked to stop, went out the car and ran direct from the car to the winery, staying there as long as her mother did not call him back to the house. Early he started to earn some money in hard working at the winery. As he remains to day, he was an acute observer of everything in the fields, in the vineyards or in the vinery. It was the time of questions, more than answers.

Sent to England to improve his English, he came back to France as an admirer of this country. He had an excellent and keen hearing, and because of that, he was able to understand almost all the different English accents all over the world. As he is again to day, listening to everybody more than speaking!

Student, he decided to choose the law. And leaving his family and Campuget, he began a new life. Directed to the contracts at the university, and specialized in the sells contracts of food goods, he was not so far from his youth basis. And even more, never the wine has been far away of his young life. At the school of his grand-father for the law, he was also at the school of the life for the wine. How can we explain the quality of this or that wine? Drink too much, never he did, tested again and again was for him a permanent contact with the light, the stony soil and the mistral wind of his childhood he never forgot. So strong was the rappelling rope that he decided one day to come back to what was his secret passion, to be a wine maker, to be close to the vineyard of his youth.

So after his Grand father, his father, his uncle Franck-lin has decided to continue this fantastic family adventure.

Keeping «the spirit» and spreading new ideas, helped with his team, he has decided to match tradition and modernity; Focused on the quality of the wine his idea is to do all the best to improve it everyday from the Vineyard to the bottling plant.

Cuisine lover he recently decided to open a simple «table vigneronne» and a B&B in the Chateau to show what and who is behind the bottle.
