I am the proprietor at Barker’s Marque Wines, Blind River, Marlborough, New Zealand. Along with my brother Simon, our winemaker, and his viticulturalist wife Vanessa, we planted our vineyard in 2003.

It is here in the Awatere Valley that Simon and Vanessa lavish personal care and attention on the vines and make wine with “minimal intervention between vine and wine”. We aim to bring Texture, Balance and Subtlety to the Intensity of the world famous Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs.

We have direct and trusted partnerships with our customers, we import our own wines and pass the price advatage on. The result is great value wines with distinctive flavors based on unique terroir.

I am a resident in Marblehead, MA.  We have been visiting Charleston for 3 years and are thrilled to be a part of the Festival.
