prestigious restaurants, L’Espalier and Metropolis Cafe, before moving to Charlotte in 2000 and opening Barrington’s Restaurant, an intimate bistro where Chef Moffett uses his Northeastern cooking influence integrated with seasonal Southern ingredients. He was a semi-finalist for the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef: Southeast award in 2009. That same year, he opened Good Food on Montford, followed by his third concept, Stagioni, in 2013.
