Jason Paul Cox is the co-creator and mezcal curator of El Destilado, one of the most dynamic restaurants in Mexico. Jason has spent the past three years living in Oaxaca, seeking out small-batch mezcal distillers in the most remote corners of the country to learn about their craft. On Thursday he will be sharing 3-4 select spirits to walk us through the nuances and complexities of this up-and-coming but still misunderstood spirit.
